Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Project cancellation within 48 hours of initial payment
  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery
2. Non-Refundable Services
  • Completed and delivered projects
  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licensing fees)
  • Rush or emergency projects with expedited delivery
  • Custom development work that has been started
3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of service completion
  2. Provide detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Allow us 48 hours to review and respond
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
4. Partial Refunds

For partially completed projects, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and may be subject to a processing fee.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we may engage in mediation through relevant professional platforms.
